Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity at all times.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing staff.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest Singapore labor laws and ensure company-wide compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
