Join Worldwide Hotels as a strategic Human Resources Executive and drive our people-centric culture forward. This pivotal role encompasses the full spectrum of HR operations, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance optimization and benefits administration. You'll partner with department leaders to develop robust workforce strategies, implement innovative training programs, and ensure compliance with Singaporean labor regulations. Your expertise will foster a positive work environment while addressing complex employee relations challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Manage performance management systems and conduct employee evaluations
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in generalist HR roles
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate in HR management or related field preferred
- Experience in hospitality industry advantageous
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
