Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we attract top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the SGS organization.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and updates where necessary.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs to enhance retention and morale.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and deliver leadership development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports on workforce metrics and trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or executive-level capacity.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices in the region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing a full-cycle recruitment process and building high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
