Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across all departments.
- Manage employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development initiatives to support career growth.
- Oversee performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support organizational development goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM/HRBP certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in HR management, with proven success in talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS systems and HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
