Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee performance management systems and development programs
- Handle compensation and benefits administration while ensuring competitive packages
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and industry regulations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention
- Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
