As an HRGA Specialist, you will be the backbone of our HR functions, ensuring that our employees feel valued and supported. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, handle performance reviews, and ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Oversee employee relations and handle internal inquiries to ensure high employee satisfaction.
- Administer performance management systems, including KPI tracking and annual appraisals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Organize company events, onboarding sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain the accuracy of HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in HRGA roles within the technology or corporate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Oracle HCM, or similar systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
