Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems
- Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems
- Coordinate company events, team building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, documentation, and office supplies management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
