Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding
- Handle employee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation
- Oversee office facilities management, including maintenance, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure corporate legal compliance, contract management, and legal documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed
- Organize company events and activities to foster positive workplace culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or corporate legal support
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
