Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various departments
- Administer employee relations matters including conflict resolution, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee HR documentation maintenance ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Process payroll, benefits administration, and leave management with precision and confidentiality
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role with recruitment focus
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (Kerja regulations)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
