Are you a dedicated HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations? Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a qualified Human Resources Generalist - Security (ER/IR) to join our growing team in Kulim, Kedah. In this key role, you will act as a strategic partner to management and the first point of contact for employees, ensuring a harmonious workplace while navigating complex labor regulations.

As part of our HR team, you will play a critical role in maintaining organizational integrity by managing internal disputes, ensuring strict compliance with the Employment Act 1955, and supporting the recruitment and development of our security workforce. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) activities, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Handle grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations with tact, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, including the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and SIDC regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for security personnel.
  • Coordinate with the HR team on payroll processing, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and prepare comprehensive reports on labor relations metrics and compliance status.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning, organizational development, and conflict resolution strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on ER/IR functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysia's labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience within the security industry or related sector is a distinct advantage.
