Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Support employee onboarding activities including documentation preparation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records with accurate information
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives through event coordination and feedback analysis
- Assist in HR administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management
- Support compliance monitoring for HR policies and Singapore labor regulations
- Participate in HR projects focused on organizational development and process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proactive problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills
- Interest in non-profit sector and community development initiatives
