- Design and implement talent acquisition frameworks to attract top-tier candidates

- Analyze workforce data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to align talent strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and development
- Proven track record in designing and implementing HR development programs

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management software
