Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support management in organizing employee engagement activities and internal training sessions.
  • Monitor and update internal HR databases and ensure data privacy and security.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR functions or general administration.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
