You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensuring strict compliance with labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for mining operations.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and facilitate effective communication between staff and management.
- Administer payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement training programs and career development plans to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and support the HR Manager with workforce planning.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs to boost morale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Mining, Energy, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to the mining site as required.
