Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist with the coordination and follow-up of 'Scale Status' activities, ensuring timely updates and completion.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for various Skills Development Programs and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in special HR projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory.
