As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily administrative operations, assisting with talent acquisition workflows, and maintaining employee records. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee database records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and internal training workshops.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy review, employee welfare surveys, and process digitalization.
  • Provide support for payroll preparation and leave management administration.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
