Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting initiatives
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Support HR policy development and implementation
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development workshops
- Assist in payroll administration and benefits administration tasks
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
