Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and coordinating training schedules
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as employee file maintenance, leave processing, and benefits enrollment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through documentation audits and policy updates
- Coordinate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, equipment recovery, and final settlements
- Maintain and update HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives including recruitment drives, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, recruitment methodologies, and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
