- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with retail business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for retail and corporate roles across multiple locations
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration with market benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
- Drive HR initiatives for employee engagement and retention in retail operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in retail or FMCG
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong expertise in Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance
- Proven experience in recruitment strategies for retail environments
- Advanced skills in HRIS implementation and data-driven HR analytics
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
