Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, to ensure a high-caliber team.
  • Manage industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to drive employee retention.
  • Lead performance management processes and foster a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with diplomacy, confidentiality, and sound professional judgment.
  • Maintain HR information systems and analyze data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Nastah Industries’ global standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial relations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM, or MIHRM) is an added advantage.
