Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, to ensure a high-caliber team.
- Manage industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to drive employee retention.
- Lead performance management processes and foster a culture of continuous professional development.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with diplomacy, confidentiality, and sound professional judgment.
- Maintain HR information systems and analyze data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Nastah Industries’ global standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM, or MIHRM) is an added advantage.
