Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll systems, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
  • SHRM or CIPD certification preferred
