- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for all positions
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
