  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in hospitality/service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PP 78/2015, UU 13/2003)
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) preferred
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven ability to work in cross-cultural environments
