- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Facilitate training and professional development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Lead organizational development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in hospitality/service industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PP 78/2015, UU 13/2003)
- Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to work in cross-cultural environments
