PMG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team in the heart of Kuta, Bali. As the HR Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to performance management and organizational development. You will work closely with the management team to align people strategies with our business goals, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and fully equipped to deliver the high standards of service our guests expect. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all departments.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to management on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management programs to ensure high employee productivity and continuous development.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards within the Indonesian hospitality sector.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives to ensure high retention.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll oversight and annual performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hotel or luxury resort industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and manpower regulations.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and work effectively in a high-pressure, guest-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
