Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements
- Lead recruitment strategies and manage the entire hiring process to attract top talent
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain positive workplace culture
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting and evaluations
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Lead strategic HR initiatives and contribute to organizational development
- Manage and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
