Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management frameworks, including KPI setting, appraisals, and professional development planning.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce competency and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR management or as an HR Generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor legislation (Employment Act 1955) and industrial relations practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
