You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring our staff is engaged, well-compensated, and equipped to excel in their roles. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition and job analysis to onboarding and orientation, ensuring the hiring of top-tier candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Plan and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance staff skills, drive performance, and support career growth.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration with high accuracy and timely execution.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage succession planning initiatives for key roles.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to school leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and organizational development.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to the school's mission of excellence.
