Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition and job analysis to onboarding and orientation, ensuring the hiring of top-tier candidates.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Plan and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance staff skills, drive performance, and support career growth.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration with high accuracy and timely execution.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage succession planning initiatives for key roles.
- Act as a strategic business partner to school leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
