Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives and drive organizational growth
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding and retention
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training programs and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage HR staff and mentor team members for professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen
- Certified HR Professional (HRCP) or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
