As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind our people-centric initiatives, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all HR policies, programs, and services. Your expertise will span the full spectrum of HR functions, including strategic talent acquisition and retention, robust employee relations, competitive compensation and benefits management, effective performance management systems, comprehensive training and development programs, and ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from recruitment to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, and manage payroll operations.
  • Implement performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all local labor regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of managing full-spectrum HR operations (recruitment, C&B, ER, L&D, HRIS).
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
