Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across all departments
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and performance management systems
- Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
