PT Cakrawala Globalindo Wisata is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager (HRD) to support our growing team in the travel and Umrah industry. We are seeking a proactive professional to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for our employees. As an HRD, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture by managing recruitment, payroll, and employee welfare.
Key aspects of this role include managing the entire recruitment cycle, handling payroll processing and BPJS administration, and overseeing daily HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave requests, and allowances. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll administration, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursement.
- Handle all employee administrative matters, including attendance monitoring, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations, specifically regarding BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and payroll systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
