Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in logistics or supply chain
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for operational roles
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
