In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor regulations. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while also managing employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Your responsibilities will include administering HRIS data, preparing reports, and recommending process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead endātoāend recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Administer performance appraisal programs and coordinate training & development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and generate HR reports for management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive operational efficiency.
- Support organizational change and cultureābuilding activities, such as employee engagement surveys and events.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams on payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Provide guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1ā2 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or fastāmoving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflictāresolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detailāoriented with strong organizational and timeāmanagement abilities.
- Selfāmotivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fastāpaced setting.
