Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and employee relations
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations
