In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our human capital strategy, managing the full spectrum of HR operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and employee welfare.

As our Human Resources Officer, you will oversee the critical processes of recruitment and separation, ensuring that our workforce is managed professionally. You will also be responsible for the seamless management of payroll and government remittances through online systems, as well as the accurate computation of employee incentives and evaluations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring and lay-off processes.
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and termination documents to ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) via online portals.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and compute bonuses, incentives, and rewards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations inquiries and maintaining company policies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and company HR regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in the Philippines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and government remittance procedures.
  • Proficiency in online payroll systems and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
