Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions
- Administer employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and execution of training and development programs
- Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR administration tasks, including leave management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a mining or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
