Are you a results-driven Human Resources professional seeking a new challenge? Vantage Financial Corporation is currently looking for a skilled Human Resources Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier talent to meet our business needs. Beyond traditional recruiting, you will oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into our corporate culture. We are looking for an individual who excels in operations, can monitor hiring requirements effectively, and is adept at preparing detailed recruitment reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and employee records.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and employment verification documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
