Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Administer and support various employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, compensation adjustments, and benefits administration (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Ensure strict compliance with all Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies, keeping abreast of updates and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records, HR databases, and other confidential HR documentation.
- Support performance management processes, including assisting with performance reviews and goal setting.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training and development programs for employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist role.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Must be a resident of Santiago City, Isabela, or willing to relocate.
