In this position, you'll manage the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring workplace harmony while maintaining strict compliance with Philippine labor laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Administer employee relations programs to foster positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts
- Oversee HR compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage benefits administration including SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO enrollment
- Conduct performance management processes including evaluations and feedback sessions
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth regulations)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
