Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent
- Oversee performance management cycles, goal setting, and employee development programs
- Administer salary structures, benefits packages, and compensation reviews
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory compliance
- Generate comprehensive HR reports for strategic decision-making and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
- Coordinate training initiatives and organizational development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of generalist HR experience in a corporate setting
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in recruitment processes and talent management
- Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR/SPHR) are advantageous
