Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across all departments
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive market alignment
- Conduct onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and generate analytical reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
