You'll work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
