In this role, you will be the face of our HR department, managing employee relations, facilitating smooth recruitment processes, and maintaining up-to-date HR documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires in the hardware machinery sector.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture within the organization.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, allowances, and deductions.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance the skills of the workforce and support career progression.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files, using HRIS software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet changing business needs.
