Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems
- Conduct employee relations activities including conflict resolution and counseling
- Oversee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy compliance
- Support organizational development through culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in employee relations and conflict management
