Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, initial screening of resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Process and monitor employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and basic concerns.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (e.g., DOLE guidelines).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Staff, HR Assistant, or similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of basic HR principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and compliance (e.g., DOLE regulations).
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR software/systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
