Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance feedback, and policy implementation
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Assist in payroll processing benefits administration and compensation reviews
- Support organizational development initiatives including employee engagement surveys
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP) and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Customer service mindset with ability to handle sensitive employee matters
