- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Administer employee relations activities including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Oversee HR documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Support performance management cycles and employee recognition programs
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for organizational improvement
- Maintain accurate employee databases and HR information systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions or recruitment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
