Tanggung Jawab

  • Implement disciplinary actions for employees violating company policies or regulations
  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend appropriate corrective measures
  • Manage employee relations cases including grievances and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assist in recruitment processes including screening and interviewing candidates
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Contribute to HR initiatives for workplace culture improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in employee relations or disciplinary matters
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong ethical judgment and decision-making abilities
