Join Indofood's dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Staff, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement disciplinary actions for employees violating company policies or regulations
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend appropriate corrective measures
- Manage employee relations cases including grievances and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening and interviewing candidates
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Contribute to HR initiatives for workplace culture improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in employee relations or disciplinary matters
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong ethical judgment and decision-making abilities
