- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of salaries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies.
- Participate in HR projects, such as training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, with a focus on Recruitment or Payroll.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Heavy Equipment industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software applications.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
