Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the company's timekeeping and attendance management systems to ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Analyze existing HR workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement programs that boost productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related HR inquiries and troubleshooting for employees and managers.
  • Generate comprehensive HR data reports and analytics to support management decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure system compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through digital transformation and streamlined administrative procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security within the HR information system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in timekeeping management and HR systems administration.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization).
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws regarding timekeeping, overtime, and leave management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical system requirements into easy-to-understand procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
